Her classes are a fun mix of fat burning exercise and high and low impact options designed to make the classes suitable for all ages, both sexes and all levels of experience.
Janette also helps clients who need a more tailored level of training with a personal training service, using a fabulous fully equipped gym in Oxford or training you in your own home.
