Personal Training Fitness Pilates and Small Groups

FITNESS PILATES  focusses on the body as a human kinetic chain.

By applying the fundamental Pilates Technique and exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

It is not remedial, clinical or diagnostic in its approach  but has  a firm base in the fitness world.

Fitness Pilates is designed to enhance posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult.

Sessions can be booked either 1:1 or in small groups. Why not get a few friends together and I train you at a time convenient to you all. Its more convenient and cheaper too. 

 Janette Cardy Fitness can train you either in gyms or  in the comfort of your  own home .
