Run drills, warm ups, cool downs, analysis of form. cadence, and run form.

Run Sessions together for all levels. Presentation on How to write your own training plan and key sessions to include.

Relaxation and fitness Pilates to help improve your technique but also to relax and restore.

Overnight stay includes breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Full use of the spa facilities.

2 days in the company of GB ATHLETE, Janette Cardy, where you can get the opportunity to sit down and discuss your own training goals and get as much support as you might need.
