COACHING FOR TRI

As we approach Autumn and Winter training, we have space for 2 new coached athletes to come on board.

All training written specifically for YOU, using the app Xhale. Daily contact with your coach, swim, run and bike sessions plus pilates, s and c alongside goal setting, motivation, support and a mentor within the sport.
