Our classes are fun, upbeat, motivating and up to date.
We want you to enjoy working out and to feel its a party class that burns ALOT of calories.
Most of our classes cost just £5 and you pay as you go. No gym fees or joining costs.
We welcome everyone to come along and enjoy our workouts. We also provide you with regular sensible eating guidance, motivational emails and handouts and you can contact Janette Cardy anytime of any day for FREE advice or assistance.
Sweat n Tone~
After an initial warm up, approx. 25 min’s of fat burning exercise. low and high impact options given and easy to follow routines.
Followed by toning to sculpt the upper and lower body such as hips, bottom, back of arms and abdominals.
Complete the session with cool down and stretching.
This class will burn lots of calories for a leaner body, will shape the body and relax the mind;
This is a must for anybody hoping to combat stress and inactivity in the workplace.
Enhances bone health and density. Improve fitness and is a complete body workout. This class runs at Bampton every Monday.
Legs Bums n Tums~
As the name suggests this class works specifically on conditioning your legs bums and tums.
Gentle aerobic warm up followed by standing and moving exercises to target these areas, then floor work, particularly for the stomach area.Finishes with a great stretch. Great workout and suitable for all.
Pilates~
A holistic Class working on improving posture, core strength, flexibility and body awareness.
This is a class you MUST try. Its totally amazing.
During Fitness Pilates gentle relaxing music played in background.
NB: Fitness Pilates is not suitable for pregnancy or as a remedial class.
Pilates is fine for both pregnancy and remedial.
Zumba~
DITCH THE WORKOUT, JOIN THE PARTY!
This is a fun, effective and addictive exercise programme.
Fusing Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a one of a kind fitness class that truelly is for everyone.
It will burn calories, shape your body and you really will have a truelly FUN time. We run ZUMBA on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Zumba Toning~
This is an exciting breakthrough workout designed to burn calories and totally sculpt the whole body. Using Toning Sticks that we provide, you can lose inches, shape up and have a great time! No previous experience required! SUITABLE FOR ALL. We run ZUMBA TONING on our timetable every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Circuit Training for Everyone~
Station based class with options so you can work at you own pace.
Working the whole body, great music and good vibe throughout the session.
Our next Circuit Course is RUN FIT CIRCUIT COURSE at Madley Park, Witney. Commencing 27th February for 5 weeks. Only £20.

We are in Oxsrad in Marston, Abingdon, Witney, Bampton, Kirtlington, Horspath, Yarnton, Botley and Cowley. We run classes Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Janette also helps clients who need a more tailored level of training with a personal training service, using a fabulous fully equipped gym in Oxford or in the comfort of your own home.
