Your initial consultation will allow us to gather information, and gain a clear picture of your previous experiences without judging. It will also allow you to ask questions.
Once you decide to participate in personal training, sessions will be arranged at times to suit you. Initial fitness tests are completed, such as lung capacity, body fat, weight, blood pressure and resting heart rate. Once this information has been gathered, your trainer will work with you on developing a series of short and long term goals.
Once the inital assessment is complete, your trainer is able to formulate a clear path for your health and fitness development. You will be re tested appro’ every 10 weeks.
This programme of exercise and lifestyle change that we take every client through is thorough, goal driven and motivational.

We recognise each client has different goals and needs, therefore programmes are worked out specifically for each individual.

OTHER PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE~
1.ON LINE PERSONAL TRAINING.
This works well if you are motivated to do the training sessions alone under our guidance of expertise.
We would still have weekly contact via phone or email and aim to see each other monthly where possible.
On Line Personal Training Packages vary depending on your needs and goals, however we aim to keep it around the £50 a month rate. As you can see this is cheaper than most gyms. And unlike gyms where you are left to your own devices, we provide the sessions which can be completed at home, at work, in a gym or outside depending on what your likes and goals are. The sessions wirtten can be for the time period you want to dedicate to training so its not a case of each session HAVING to be an hour long. The latest research shows, shorter more dynamic training is much more effective and provides long term results. We keep in touch with you and we keep you on track working towards your goals.
2. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
This includes all of the above expertise and professional training but working with you in a small group means it can be more cost effective. It can be more fun as you are working out with your collegues or friends and can help each other to stay on track.
