Since I started personal training with Janette my whole outlook on exercise and nutrition has really changed. I feel totally motivated but most importantly more energised on a daily basis. Although Janette works you hard enough to get results, she makes exercising fun and enjoyable and time with her goes by so fast. My body has changed totally being more toned then ever and my diet so much healthier and this is all down to Janette being a great trainer.

Janette is one of the most inspirational people that I’ve ever met. Having trained with her in the past, I have never subsequently found anyone who comes close to her for being able to help her trainees to achieve their fitness goals. She has a realism about what’s achievable, and so helps to manage your own expectations – but what she doesn’t then do is let you off! She is constantly ‘by your side’, albeit remotely, and maintains an incredibly helpful and motivating presence between training sessions.
Janette has great knowledge of the industry, recent developments and new guidance on diet etc – despite my cynicism, her tips have all helped me with my fitness and getting closer to my goals.

When I first joined a gym I had never experienced a regular training programme. I was searching for ways to de-stress, lose weight and tone up.Through Janette’s guidance and classes I began to see how I could benefit both physically and mentally from structured exercise. My body responded quite quickly and I now feel much stronger and fitter. I also began to feel better about myself. As a result of Janette’s tireless encouragement, never allowing me to take the easy way out, I have definitely achieved my goal.

Boot Camp was inspirational! I learned so much, it helped me reassess my exercise regime which had plateaued – less is more if the quality is right – and eating patterns – more (of the right things!) is less! I was struggling to shift some stubborn extra weight and already being fit and a fairly healthy eater, I wasn’t convinced it would help. I was therefore really pleased to have lost pounds with minimal effort and, more importantly, without going hungry. It’s a good, achievable lifestyle change that even an avid chocoholic can stick to! Can’t wait for the Little Black Dress Diet to help keep me motivated!
